Gallery SBD International Women’s Day Event 25th February 2026

Yesterday’s Sandyford Business District‘s International Women’s Day event was an energising celebration of leadership and meaningful support.

Under the theme “Women Who Lead: The Power of Reciprocity and Support”, we heard honest, practical insights from an exceptional panel, expertly MC’d by RTE‘s Jacqui Hurley.
A huge thank you to Jacqui and our inspirational panelists whose insights, stories and reflections brought tremendous value to the discussion. The honesty, warmth and experience shared by all the speakers truly resonated with our audience, making the event both inspiring and memorable.
Thank you to our panelists…
Denise Cullen – CEO, Enterprise Solutions Inc.
Deputy Maeve O’Connell TD
Grace Hayes – EVP Technology, Mastercard Dublin
Hannah Tyrrell – Former Irish rugby player, Dublin footballer & teacher
Dr. Jennifer Okeke – Chairperson, National Women’s Council (NWC) of Ireland
Joan Kehoe – Founder & CEO, alchelyst & Chairperson, Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club
Khulile Vilakazi-Ofosu – Director, Risk & Compliance, Microsoft

Key takeaway? Reciprocity is not transactional - it’s transformational. Supporting, mentoring and amplifying others drives stronger careers, cultures and organisations.
The discussions also highlighted the need to properly recognise the often unseen mentorship and advocacy work women do - and to embed inclusion into systems, not leave it to goodwill!
International Women’s Day is both celebration and call to action:
Advocate. Sponsor. Amplify. Repeat.

Thank you to our event partners RBK Chartered Accountants and thanks also to Gerry Walsh for the use of the amazing Dynamic Space building in Stillorgan Business Park
