Sandyford Business District’s TDs & DLR Councillors Briefing Session 9th February 2026

An engaging and insightful session on Monday, 9th February 2026, at Sandyford Business District’s TDs & DLR Councillors Briefing Session.

SBD CEO Ger Corbett shared updates on recent initiatives and future plans for the district, including:
· Innovation Campus development for the district - shared the proposal document with attendees
· Key SBD projects in collaboration with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council
· SBD EU-funded initiatives such as the Civic Park etc
· A wide range of business supports that SBD provides to businesses in the district
· Upcoming SBD business events this quarter

In advance of the session, we also reached out to businesses across the district to hear their concerns and suggestions to ensure they were represented.
Sandyford Business District will continue hosting quarterly meetings with TDs and Councillors to ensure the voice of district businesses is heard. These sessions build on the progress already made and strengthen collaboration throughout the electoral term.

Together, we aim to tackle key challenges facing the district and advance projects that enhance local infrastructure and support sustainable growth.
