Sandyford Civic Park is a collaborative initiative between Sandyford Business District and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, supported through the Interreg North-West Europe programme. The project will transform approximately two acres into a vibrant, inclusive green space designed to enhance wellbeing, support biodiversity and strengthen climate resilience in the district.
The park will include inclusive play areas, walking and cycling links, flexible social spaces, and sustainable water management features. Backed by €10 million in funding under the Housing Infrastructure Investment Fund, it represents a long-term investment in a healthier, more sustainable and more attractive district for everyone who lives, works and visits here.
