Road Works Notice – Carmanhall Road
Road works are scheduled to commence on Carmanhall Road this coming Monday June 22nd to facilitate essential infrastructure upgrades that will support future commercial and residential development in the area.
As part of its ongoing commitment to representing and supporting the business community, Sandyford Business District has been actively engaging with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Uisce Éireann to ensure that businesses are kept fully informed and that disruption is minimised wherever possible. Following discussions, a practical traffic management plan has been agreed to help maintain access and reduce the impact of the works on local businesses.
To enable the safe and efficient delivery of these upgrades, a lane closure on Carmanhall Road has been approved by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and will be in place:
From Monday June 22nd until Friday August 14th
During this period:
Uisce Éireann regrets any inconvenience these necessary wastewater network improvement works may cause and thanks businesses, residents and visitors for their cooperation and patience throughout the project.
- Traffic will operate under a Stop and Go traffic management system.
- Standard working hours will be 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.
