Sandyford Business District Launches Innovation Series 2025 with Digitalisation Event
Sandyford Business District Innovation Series 2025 launched yesterday with a session focused on Digitalisation.
Stephen Hallahan of Tap Retail - Shop Local, who are based here in The District, opened with a presentation outlining how small businesses can further grow by having an affordable and simple online presence together with effective delivery solutions.
We encourage any business thinking about taking the next step toward establishing a digital presence to explore how even a simple online platform can drive visibility, efficiency and growth — to contact Stephen or one of his team to get started: stephen@tap-retail.com
This was followed by a presentation from Philip Weldon of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown’s Local Enterprise Office. Philip gave an overview of the digital supports and grants available to businesses, along with practical guidance for businesses on preparing their social media channels for the festive season.
The session concluded with a presentation by SBD CEO Ger Corbett, on Sandyford Business District’s Digital Twin and its application in future planning and development.
We extend our thanks to all speakers for delivering valuable insights, to Lisa Brown of Local Enterprise Office DLR and SBD Board Member for her support and to Gerry Walsh for the use of Dynamic Space.
We look forward to continuing the Innovation Series 2025 as we explore opportunities to support innovation and growth across The District.
