In 2023, following the acquisition of Leaseplan by ALD Automotive, the Irish division of the business was purchased by CA Autobank and ultimate parent Crédit Agricole (No. 1 retail bank in Europe, based on the number of retail banking customers, and the 10th largest bank in the world) and renamed Drivalia.
