We’re Clear Insurance Ireland, formerly MBC Insurance – a reputable and long-established insurance broker based in Ireland. MBC Insurance was acquired by the Clear Group in April 2023 – Clear’s first broker acquisition in Ireland. Following this, Phelan Caswell Insurances was purchased by the Clear Group in February 2025, along with its recent accessions: EBIB and Sweeney Walsh & Associates. We rebranded to Clear Insurance Ireland in June 2025. Clear values its employees and relationships with insurers, and our new name aligns us with the Group and this approach.
